Shipping policy

1. Our courier partner will usually deliver parcels within:

   • West Malaysia: 3–5 working days
   • East Malaysia: 5–10 working days

   Delivery time is calculated from the date of shipment.
   Our daily shipment schedule is from Monday to Friday only. No shipments will be made on Saturdays, Sundays, or national public holidays.

   Shipping timelines during special sales events (e.g. live streams, group buys, mega sales) may vary and will be announced separately.

Delivery Tracking Numbers will be provided to all orders upon shipment for self-tracking purposes.

Delivery Fees:

• Purchase above RM200 free delivery within West Malaysia.
• Purchase below RM200, minimum delivery fee within West Malaysia will be RM8.
• Purchase above RM200 free delivery within East Malaysia.
• Purchase below RM200, minimum delivery fee within West Malaysia will be RM12.
