Return and Refund Policy
All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for quality defective. If there is quality defective, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Customers are required to provide an unboxing video and supporting evidence, including:
1. Clear video showing the unboxing process (from opening the parcel)
2. Photo of the airway bill (AWB) (if possible)
3. Photo of the outer packaging (all sides, if possible)
4. Photo of the inner packaging and product condition
If applicable, please also include photos of protective materials such as bubble wrap or fragile stickers.
Customers are required to return the product, and SNOVA will bear the return shipping cost.
